Pre Orders must be paid for at the time of the order. There are NO REFUNDS on PRE Ordered items. Otherwise please do not order and pay for the item and then decide you do not want it before it is released. Release dates and shipping times are listed for each product please read the information on the item completely. Please note: We cannot be responsible for the item being delayed at the manufacturer. This happens from time to time on new releases. If this happens, it will be noted and we will ship as soon as we have the product in hand. If for some very strange reason the manufacturer decides to cancel the product release or make some other major change to the product before release we will refund your money, but this is highly unlikely.

Please keep a printed copy of your order for your records. We will verify your order with you via email so be sure we have a current email. If for some reason you do not hear from us please email us at games@paladingaming.com

Your verification email or your printed copy of your order is your receipt. We send all orders with tracking. Please be sure your address shipping information is correct. Once item is in the postal service system, it is out of our control. If the postal service shows the item "delivered" the transaction is complete. We can send your tracking number to you so in case something happens with the postal service on your end you may check with them. If the item is damaged in shipping, please send ALL parts of the item back to us including packaging and we will send a replacement set after inspecting the item. We will then refund any shipping charges you might incur.

 

Q: How do I modify, cancel or combine multiple pre-orders? A: Modifying (adding to) a pre-order: Once a pre-order has been placed, you can ONLY ADD similar items (ie. items that are releasing on the same day) to the order, Please email us at games@paladingaming.com and request that you add items to the Pre Order. Be sure to include your order number of the original order, your name and the items you wish to add. You will then be instructed where to go to place the additional order, or we will send you a link where you can process your payment. There is a cutoff date for all preordered items, so be sure that you add the items before the cutoff date of the preorder. Cancelling a pre-order: You CANNOT cancel a Pre Order.  If for some very strange reason the manufacturer decides to cancel the product release or make some other major change to the product before release we will refund your money, but this is highly unlikely. Combining multiple pre-orders: Requesting multiple pre-orders be combined is considered to be modifying a pre-order. If you do this we will do our best to be sure that the order is combined, but because of the amount of orders we process, it may not be possible after other orders are placed. Q: When is my credit card charged for pre-order items? A: All credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed.

Q: What happens if an order includes both pre-order and in-stock items? A: The entire order will be held until the pre-ordered item is released. If you don't want this to happen, please place two separate orders.

Q: What happens if I place a order that includes multiple pre-ordered items releasing at different times? A: Although this usually only occurs when pre-ordering multiple games (i.e. pre-ordering a new Magic: the Gathering expansion AND a new World of Warcraft expansion on the same order), doing so will result in the entire order being held until the last pre-ordered item on the order arrives. If you wish for all of your pre-ordered items to ship as quickly as possible, please place separate pre-orders based on the release date of each item(s).
